After stints at Seattle's famed Canlis restaurant and having served as the former Executive Pastry Chef at North Pond, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Chicago, April brings her love of baking to Watertown, Wisconsin!
We’re passionate about baked goods. It's our favorite thing to talk about - just ask us! We thought the pandemic of 2020, when everyone was home making sourdough and banana bread, was a great time to start a bakery. We’ve been committed to serving up delicious goodies to all of our customers ever since.
We bake with the good stuff - loads of butter buttercream, fresh or frozen fruit, and Wisconsin dairy products whenever possible! Our menu items are our trusted favorites (cheesecake, anything with lemon and our house debate - crispy or chewy cookies?), but we also cater special events and fill custom orders.
