Many of you are preparing to celebrate graduates this weekend (some have already watched their Seniors graduate in other districts)! We know it's bittersweet. ❤️

With that said, everyone here at the bakery will also be celebrating this momentous occasion with loved ones so we will be closed this Saturday. However, we will have lots of sweet treats tomorrow and may have tied a little Gosling Pride into the menu. Stop by for some last minute party supplies or a little pick-me-up. We'll be here 7:30-4:30!

One more important note! Thanks to our incredible community stepping up once again for the Chandler House Challenge in partnership with the Educational Foundation of Watertown, we raised over $10,000 for the Gosling Grad Grant and were able to pay off the student fees for all applicants. Any remaining funds will roll into next year so we can help our 2026 Seniors! Thank you all!

Finally, Happy Father's Day to all of the dads, bonus dads, step dads, wannabe dads, and anyone who celebrates!

We MAY ask you to give this weekend's menu a little extra attention as we have several new flavors throughout as well as a new special offer. We also had to bring back some items you haven't seen in a while (and are considered seasonal to some but are loved and would be enjoyed year round by many)! *cough* pumpkin bars *cough*

Come downtown for some treats, take a stroll down Main and check out all of the beautiful art on display from the Art Walk! Weather permitting, we'll have some chalk out so you can leave a little color and help brighten the day for everyone!

Also, watch this weekend for an update on the status of the Gosling Grad Grant! Thank you to everyone who has shared our fundraising efforts, donated to the cause and continues to help our community youth. We will also be contributing all tips collected this weekend to the cause. For more information about these efforts, please see our most recent posts. As many of you know, we spent last weekend up in Green Bay selling bakery during the 2025 NFL Draft at Lambeau! It was such an incredible experience with many memories created, new friends made and tons of stories to share. Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity! We're still on cloud 9 and yet in dire need of many more naps to make up for the loss of sleep the past two weeks. 😴 We know many of you couldn't (or didn't want to) make it up to GB so we are bringing the Draft to you this weekend!

In just 3 days we'll be in the shadow of legendary Lambeau Field having been chosen as 1 of 12 Wisconsin restaurants to serve the football faithful at the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay! In addition to some well known favorites like our Chocolate Chip Cookie and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake, we've got a few Draft Exclusive items debuting, including a MASSIVE Hail Mary Peanut Butter Football Cup and Baker April's Wisconsin Cream Puff.

Great teams win championships and we're lucky to have an incredible team supporting us this week. As it's all hands on deck, we will be closed in Watertown and hope to see you in Green Bay. Admission to the Draft Experience is free so bring the whole family, check out the Lombardi Trophy, all 58 Super Bowl Rings, see how fast you can dash (40 yards) and grab yourself a sweet treat and say hi to the CHB team!

Just wanted to remind everyone we are closed this weekend! We've spent the week fulfilling orders due earlier in the week and then deep cleaning the kitchen. There's so much that goes into maintaining the bakery and it's a lot to keep up with. Just about anytime we take a weekend off, we take the opportunity to do a "top down" deep clean that goes above and beyond our maintenance cleaning (man can that cocoa powder travel 🤣) and maybe ask our handyman bestie to assist with projects that we've been wanting to get done. So now, our small and hardworking crew can enjoy a weekend off.

We'll be back to it next week and resume our regular operating hours on Friday, March 28th. This weekend our friends at @literatusbooksco have a girl scout cookie inspired coffee flight and next weekend, we'll be serving up a girl scout cookie themed menu. 💚

I'm April Chandler, the baker and everything in-between. I attended culinary school in 2011 and worked in fine dining as a pastry chef. I had the honor of working at some amazing restaurants in Seattle and Chicago.

While this all started as a creative outlet after moving to Watertown, it quickly became the thing I didn't know I needed. Now I have the honor of baking for all of you and I'm so grateful. Another busy week leading into Thanksgiving and we just can't help ourselves. We've created some more fun items for the weekend so make sure to read through all of this week's offerings or just 👀 the photos!

For our cake pop fans, we finally got around to making "cakesicles" (Cake pop "popsicles").

We also added simmer pot jars to the shelves! Throw the jar full of aromatic seasonal spices and citrus into a pot with water (or crock pot) and set it to simmer. Fill your home with best scents of the season (and it can be reused multiple times). 🧡 It also makes a great host gift for Thanksgiving!
